Joined Fleet Support Operations in 2018

Steph rejoined the team in 2018 after time away to pursue other interests. Leading the control room and working closely with the directors, she provides support for the control room staff, motivates and assesses their performance, manages staffing levels and assists with the hiring and training of new staff.

When not in the control room, Steph enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two dogs.
